Up and running in a matter of weeks
An implementation of CargoSys in four weeks, based on our pre-configured templates. CargoSys gives you a full functional Transportation Management system based on SAP TM, and PTV for route optimization.
In this implementation we will provide you data templates to upload your data, such as truck, drivers, customers, sub-contractors, contracts (customer and supplier).
Also includes user training where we will train your key-users and end-users in how to use the system. With your key-users we will also evaluate the setup of the system and fine-tune the solution according to your needs.
With the Clean & Lean solution you get your own environment in our system landscape pre-loaded with template data. This environment is subject to future enhancements to our templates, when we add new functionality to the template this will become available for you as well.

In this solution you purchase licences for SAP TM, PTV and CargoSys which we will install on dedicated servers for you.
The CargoSys template enables youto be up and running in a very short time, though you can adjust the solution have specific requirements which are not delivered with the templates.
As CargoSys is build on a foundation of SAP TM and PTV there are a lot of opportunities to change the standard behavior or even to add extra functionalities.
The customized solution offers the “clean & lean” templates + the additional functionalities and/or changed behavior.
Based on our pre-configured templates, CargoSys gives you a full functional Transportation Management system based on SAP TM, and PTV for route optimization.
In this implementation we will provide you data templates to upload your data, such as truck, drivers, customers, sub-contractors, contracts (customer and supplier). We can support data transfer from your existing systems into CargoSys and we can provide interfaces between CargoSys and your other systems, your customers systems or your subcontractors systems.
We will setup a test system for evaluation of the template and training your (key-) users. Based on your feedback and requirements we will change the setup to match your needs and/or add extra functionalities.
This environment is subject to future enhancements to our templates, when we add new functionality to the template this will become available for you as well.
